MC Millwork was born from a shared idea: that great service should always be connected to great work.
Our co-founders, Mario Castillo and Jennypher Castillo, started MC Millwork with the goal of creating a better experience for clients — one built around communication, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship. With a background in Industrial Design and nearly eight years of hands-on experience in woodworking and millwork, Mario brings together design thinking and practical fabrication experience. That combination shaped the way MC Millwork approaches every project — understanding not only how a space should look, but also how it needs to be built. Together, Mario and Jennypher saw an opportunity to build a company where design, craftsmanship, and service work together from the beginning of a project to the final installation.

Built Here, Not Outsourced
Your cabinetry is built by our own crew in our own shop. That's how we keep the tolerances tight, the schedule honest, and the quality consistent from the first project to the hundredth.
Every project runs through the same hands from start to finish — field measuring, shop drawings, fabrication, finishing, and installation. Keeping all of it in house is what lets us hold tolerances, keep a schedule honest, and answer for the result.
